Instagram data deletion

This page confirms the status of an Instagram data deletion request sent to ChatME through Meta.

What was deleted

When you request deletion of your data from Instagram (Settings → Apps and websites → Remove), Meta notifies us and we immediately and permanently delete:

• The Instagram connection associated with your account, including its access token.
• All direct-message conversations between your Instagram account and the assistant, including operational copies.

We keep no copy of this data after deletion. Technical delivery logs (which do not contain the content of your messages) are automatically deleted within a maximum of 14 days.

Your confirmation code

The code in this page's address (?code=…) is your deletion reference. Keep it if you wish to follow up.
