Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern the ChatME Affiliate Program, operated by ChatMe OÜ ("ChatME", "we"). By joining the program you accept these terms, which complement (and do not replace) our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. The Spanish version of this document prevails in case of conflict.

1. The program

• The program runs on the Rewardful platform. When you join, an affiliate account is created in Rewardful, where you get your referral link and can track your stats and commissions.
• Participation is free and creates no employment, agency or representation relationship between you and ChatME.
• We may accept or decline applications at our reasonable discretion.

2. Commissions

• You earn a 25% recurring commission on the payments of every customer who subscribes to a paid ChatME plan through your link, for up to 24 months per referred customer.
• Attribution works through a 90-day cookie: if the visitor purchases within 90 days of using your link, the sale is attributed to you (last click).
• Commissions become payable once the customer's payment is outside our refund window (at least 30 days after the charge). If a payment is refunded or charged back, the associated commission is voided.
• Commission payouts are made through Rewardful, using the payout method and minimum threshold shown in your affiliate dashboard.
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your commissions in your jurisdiction.

3. Allowed and prohibited conduct

We want affiliates who recommend ChatME honestly. The following is prohibited:

• Self-referral: using your own link (or a coordinated third party's) for your own subscription or your company's.
• Brand bidding: running search or platform ads on "ChatME", "chatme.es" or variations and misspellings of our brand, or sending paid traffic directly to our domain.
• Cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, deceptive redirects, or any technique that forces attribution without a real, informed click.
• Spam: unsolicited bulk outreach by email, SMS, social media or forums.
• Misleading claims: promises of results or income, features ChatME does not have, or passing yourself off as ChatME or a ChatME employee. Our internal rule applies to affiliates too: claims must match what the product actually does.
• Promoting ChatME on illegal, hateful or adult content.

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required by applicable rules (for example, affiliate-link disclosures in content and social media).

4. Brand and materials

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the ChatME name and official materials solely to promote the program. You may not modify the brand or register domains or profiles that include it.

5. Data

Your affiliate account data is processed through Rewardful (see Sub-processors) in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

6. Term, changes and termination

• Either party may end participation at any time, with or without cause.
• If you breach these terms (in particular section 3), we may void pending commissions derived from the breach and remove you from the program.
• We may update these terms; the current version will be published on this page and material changes will be communicated through Rewardful or by email.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law, without prejudice to any mandatory rules applicable in your country of residence. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Estonia, unless applicable law mandates another forum.
